Ideally located in the "golden triangle" of Perche, our large vacation home welcomes you with family or friends for a relaxing stay in the countryside. In the heart of a small hamlet, our farmhouse with its large garden and south-facing swimming pool (open May to September) awaits you for short or long stays. The space The entire house and garden are at your disposal. Thanks to its size (300 m2) it offers generous spaces allowing many people without being cramped. Two staircases lead to the upper floor. On the ground floor, you will have access to: - A large living room with a dining room as well as a living room and fireplace; - A new and fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, oven, dishwasher, American fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, as well as everything you need to prepare good meals. - A games room with many board games and books at your disposal as well as a TV and DVDs for all ages. - A large bathroom with double sink, bathtub, toilet, washer and dryer - A shower room with large sink and toilet. Upstairs you will have beautiful rooms with exposed beams: - Three bedrooms each with a double bed - Two bedrooms each with two single beds - A shower room with sink and toilet - A library corner for children Outside you can enjoy a large garden (4 ha) with its secure saltwater pool (unheated pool, accessible from May to September depending on the weather). You will have at your disposal garden furniture, a large table for meals, a plancha, deckchairs, a ping-pong table and racket games. You will find a parking lot that can park 3 vehicles. In season you can even enjoy the fruits of our young orchard. The house is equipped with fiber optics. 5G coverage is also good in the area. Close to your accommodation you will discover the beauty of Perche with the magnificent Réno-Valdieu state forest (within walking distance of the house), the famous Notre Dame de Montligeon Basilica, the charming towns of Mortagne-au-Perche, Rémalard or Bellême. In addition, many producers in the area offer direct sales at the farm (meat, cheese, fruit, vegetables, ciders, etc.) Bed linen + towel option: provided for an extra €15/person. We are committed to renovating this old farmhouse from 1838 over the years. We hope you'll feel right at home. Guest access The whole house and garden are reserved for tenants.
