Gold Canyon Getaway

Welcome to our Gold Canyon Getaway. It contains 4 bedrooms (5 beds), 3 bathrooms and is a generous 2550 square feet. This house was renovated and includes a brand new Pebble Tec heated pool. The backyard backs up to a desert wash for fabulous privacy with stunning views of both Dinosaur Mountain and the imposing Superstition Mountains. Relax on the upper deck and observe all the wildlife and the many birds in the area. The space The spacious Master bedroom is the highlights of the house as it opens up to an outside deck with beautiful mountain views in all directions and perfect nighttime start gazing. Dining options include the kitchen table, the dining room table that seats up to 10 and the patio table. The kitchen is well-equipped with most everything you need to prepare a feast or just a simple breakfast. The house is equipped with a water softener and a reverse osmosis system for drinking water located at the kitchen sink. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note Please note that the pool has a heater but is an extra $20 per day to have it turned on. Gold Canyon is a very quiet community and this house is not suitable for those wanting to host large parties or events. The community bylaw restricts excessive noise past 10 PM. We have recently purchased a small 5 seater SUV that is kept at the house and is made available to rent only to our guests. This can be done through the car sharing service Turo.com If arriving by plane guests will need to take a 35 minute Uber/Lyft ride to the house which usually ranges from $35-$45. However, this can be an advantage as you don't have to make a trip to the Rental Car Centre at the beginning and end of your trip. Please contact the owner for details.
