It is east facing so enjoys all that lovely morning sunshine filling up the living & dinning area with light & warmth. As with most unit blocks, no pets are allowed. The complex is located directly opposite a 7-Eleven convenience store which comes in very handy for your bread, milk, butter & other basic supplies.
