The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours. - Please note that there is absolutely no smoking inside the house. Any sort of smoking will result in a $300 fee to hire a team to remove the smoke from furniture and walls. - Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind from your stay. If any personal items are left at the property, we will, of course, do our best to recover them.
