The space At the Lake29 is also an excellent property for those who have mobility issues as there is one step into the apartment off street level so totally easy access! Entering the apartment you are immediately in the open space living are, living room with sofa and comfortable armchairs, dining area for 4 and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen boasts a Nespresso coffee machine so remember to bring your preferred selection of coffee, a microwave, kettle and toaster, 4 gas hobs and dishwasher. Living area, with a large tv, exits out onto the amazing lake front terrace, one floor above the little beach below! One bathroom with wc, basin, bidet and shower tops off the flat. There is also a smaller twin bedroom: Master bedroom opens out directly onto the terrace and boasts a Queen size bed. The twin bedroom has stacker beds, 2 twins, the second pulls out from below the first and can be tucked away in the day to create more space, this area is in the transit area between the bathroom and master bedroom so the setup is best for a family. The Terrace with the most amazing lake view is perched just above the beach below and lake, you can literally fall asleep to the swish of the waves! It's also protected by a sun awning so you can enjoy your time outside all day and be protected by the sun too, table and chairs to enjoy breakfast with the first sunup, aperitivo and your lovely Italian meals with the most amazing lake views, gazing over to Bellagio and the central lake area! Once you are on the terrace you will not want to leave! Possibly the best feature of the At the Lake29 apartment is the private beach! The access to the beach is only 2 door down, the beach is accessible only to those who live in the condo or by boat so no beach rush to be had!
