A wonderful spot for celebrations, this property was made to entertain. **This is a unique listing. Please read guest access details to be fully informed.** The space A space made for fun, this is as far away from the city as you can get. Ideal for a group of 12-14, though there is enough space for twice that number in a pinch. On the main floor of our home you will find the open kitchen, with the breeze blowing through, it is a wonderful space to prepare meals. This floor also hosts the living room, the dining room, a bar area and movie/karaoke room. Each area is complete with individual lighting controls for each of the individual rooms as well as a modern sound system, controlled from the bar. Our friendly staff will be on hand, and happy to assist you in finding all of the items required to prepare and serve your meals (ingredients not included.) They will also be available to help arrange day activities. *Our home was built with nature in mind. It's very open, the rooms are very breezy and stay quite cool, each is provided with electric fans. We have Air conditioning in two out of 7 of the bedrooms for those bringing seniors or families with babies. The pool and Jacuzzi area is a great space for entertaining, perfect for parties or team building activities for company out of town trips. The pool itself measures 20 X 40 feet and has a sun bathing area as well as two “lap” lanes for doing your morning exercises. The area also contains a picnic area with functional bar-b-que, a dining table and chairs and well as an observation deck with a picturesque view of the yacht basin and the town behind. We are fortunate to have one of the most awe inspiring views of Puerto Galera and it’s magnificent bay. You will no doubt spend many hours here with your friends. It is perhaps our favorite area of the property. Our private dock allows access to the house reef where there are beautiful coral formations, and tropical fish that you can snorkel to, right off the pier. We also have paddle boards and kayaks that you can use at your leisure. You can do as much and as little as you like, with plenty of activities available including some of our favorites : - Snorkeling and island hopping to nearby beaches - Dive shops nearby - Inland adventures like waterfalls or golf course - A nice poolside deck and BBQ area - Plenty of board games around the house - Mixing a drink and sitting in a Hammock with a good book - Taking the kayaks for a spin around the bay at Sunrise and Sunset We have had many guests and families come by and host wonderful celebrations, or simply relax and enjoy the sounds of nature and recharge. Guest access Access to the house is possible only by water, and use of the house includes the use of our service boat to ferry guests and supplies into Puerto Galera Town (a 3 minute boat ride). **From the dock to the house is about an 8 minute walk up a fairly steep walkway. There are two possible paths, but both are physical, so this may not be the best listing for those who would have trouble climbing a few flights of stairs. Transportation - If coming from Manila, the best options to get to Puerto Galera by group is to book a private transfer directly to the house. There is a Water Taxi from Berberabe Port which brings you directly the house after checking in with Dept of Tourism. This is Php 10,000/each way for 8 people and P 500/additional person.Terminal Fees in Berberabe Port are P 30/passenger. You may also avail one of the public ferries which will take you from Batangas Port to Balatero Port, there are many options daily including the RORO & the fast crafts. You will then need to get a trike or a jeepney from Balatero Port to Muelle Pier where our service boat can pick you up and take you directly to our pier. You can either drive and park at Batangas port or you can take the public bus from Manila.
