The spacious living area is ideal for relaxing, with a comfortable sofa, which becomes a bed for additional guests if necessary, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing delicious meals. The natural light coming in through the doors onto the terrace floods the interior, creating a bright and relaxing atmosphere. The real gem of this property is the magnificent panoramic terrace, from which you can enjoy breathtaking views of the countryside and the Euganean Hills. A large door from the bedroom opens directly onto the terrace, providing easy access and creating an experience of direct connection with the surrounding nature. Furnished with tables, chairs and deckchairs and surrounded by plants and flowers, the terrace is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast in the sun, sip a glass of wine at sunset or simply admire the starry sky. The master Bedroom: The bedroom offers a peaceful shelter to rest after a day of exploring the surroundings. The comfortable double bed guarantees a restful sleep, and the large open door to the terrace allows you to wake up with a view of the picturesque Euganean Hills. The Study Space: For those who need a space dedicated to work or study, the flat has a study area with a comfortable workstation. This quiet corner offers an environment conducive to concentration, with a comfortable desk and chair. The Bathroom: The modern, bright bathroom is equipped with all amenities, including a spacious bathtub and soft, scented towels. There is also a practical bathroom with washing machine for your convenience. Guest access You have entire access to the house. No other guests inside.
