Sarlat is less than 10 minutes away and the Dordogne is close by. You'll enjoy a relaxing holiday in this very comfortable, air-conditioned duplex, nestled in a vast, quiet property. The sunsets from the terrace are magnificent. The space The separate entrance to your vacation home is in the large private garden, in the heart of the landscaped grounds. The living room with its thick stone walls opens out westwards onto a lovely terrace with no overlooking neighbours, garden furniture and private barbecue on demand. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing all types of meal. The upstairs sleeping area has two air-conditioned bedrooms with excellent beds for adults and teenagers aged 10+, and a full shower room. Guest access You will enjoy the privacy of the duplex and its private garden. The accommodation shares its back wall with 2 other cottages, whose occupants you will only come across in the shared car park. The property's unheated swimming pool is shared with the other cottages in Le Petit Manoir, as is the leisure area with its pétanque and table tennis courts. The space is generous, and the maximum capacity of the estate is merely 14 guests. Other things to note The swimming pool at Le Petit Manoir is not artificially heated and is open from May 27 to September 11, from 10am to 8pm. There are no bike sheds on the property and bikes are not permitted in the accommodation. We can recommend nearby bike hire companies. The property does not have a charging station for electric vehicles. As the electrical system is overloaded, it is strictly forbidden to charge a vehicle from a socket in the accommodation due to the risk of fire.
