An apartment with an outdoor space fitted with a pleasant gourmet balcony with a hammock, loungers and a table with 4 chairs, suitable for unwinding and enjoying a charming dinner under the moonlight. The 40m2 apartment fits 3 people comfortably. Located in Tambaú, a neighborhood that offers leisure and a variety of options within a 5-minute walk. The space The 40m2 Solar has a cozy gourmet balcony with a hammock, sun loungers, a romantic lighting and a countertop with a sink. It also has a 55"smart TV, refrigerator, split 18.000 btus, an electric oven, and a modern setting, which favors the use of indoor space. It also includes a queen bed, sofa bed and black-out curtains. A set of linens will be provided (sheets, pillows, pillow cases, bath and face towels) for our guests. No extra sets will be provided during your stay. If you do require an extra set of the above, it is possible upon payment of a fee. Guest access Access to all common areas of Compact Tambaú: collective laundry (paid), gym, solarium and rooftop pool. Other things to note Tambaú is a 1.2 km long beach, with blue-green waters. An urban beach suitable for bathing from where the boats leave for Picãozinho, an area with natural pools rich in maritime flora! Regarding visitors: Visitors are allowed, as long as they are previously registered. The visitors will need to inform the number of the apartment that will be visited. They will also need to provide their personal data. This is a Compact rule for the safety of everyone who circulates there.
