Villa Maxima Agri in the past was a part of the property of the count Giorgio Filippi's castle which name carries the village Filipini. The house is tastefully furnished with lot's of designer details offering its guests a unique experience and comfort. Villa Maxima Agri on it's lovely enclosed property offers to its guests the following features: heated swimming pool of 40 sqm with salt water with an extra children's pool, two terraces with table and chairs, fireplace for barbecuing, bio-pool, outdoor shower, sunchairs and parasol. Two private parking places are outside the fence of the property. Holiday house near Porec with a capacity of 6 people with a total area of 210 m2 on three fully air-conditioned floors. The villa consists of a ground floor with a spacious living room that continues to the richly equipped kitchen with dining area, one double bedroom with private bathroom / toilet and a separate toilet. On the first floor there is a double room with private shower / toilet, and on the second floor there is one more double room, and a shower / toilet in the hallway. The back of the house on which Villa Maxima Agri leans is owned by the same owners and no one stays there during the rental period, so the entire yard is available to guests of the house. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
