Welcome to our charming 3 bedroom home in Arizona City. Located in a golf course neighborhood and only 15 minutes to Casa Grande with many dining and shopping options. The house is a perfect central location to Phoenix and Tucson (one hour each way). Enjoy the beautiful Arizona sunsets in our backyard that has a large patio, bistro lights, and water fountain. Our house has an open floor plan with a spacious great room, large couch, kitchen, and desk space that makes for a comfortable stay. The space The house has a master bedroom with king size bed and large bathroom with tub and shower. Two other bedrooms on the opposite side of house than the master. One bedroom has a bunk bed with two twins, and the other bedroom has a queen bed. There is a bathroom located in the middle of the two bedrooms that has a tub and shower. There is a great spacious living area with a large couch, kitchen, dining area, and desk space. Guest access No access to garage, which is used for storage. Guests are welcome to log onto their own streaming accounts on the T.V., just make sure to log off at the end of your stay. Other things to note Guests can use washer and dryer.
