Other things to note RESORT AND HOUSE RULES - 1 parent/adult guardian over 25 years of age is required for every 3 unmarried guests under 25 years of age to check-in. - Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas. - No smoking anywhere in the building, unit or on the balcony (except designated area on the ground floor). - Pets are not allowed. We all love our furry friends, but unfortunately HOA does not allow any pets in the resort premises. - Rates are quoted for occupancy of 4 including children/infants and extra person fees will apply per night er person if occupancy is increased over 4 after booking. Visitors are not allowed to the resort. - We do not allow any towels (except beach towels), sheets, bedspreads to be removed from our condo at any time. - Guest will be required to e-sign our rental contract upon booking.
