Our 3900 square-foot estate is designed to be a haven for large families, corporate professionals, businesspeople who want to get away from it all with their colleagues or clients (or even just themselves), and reunions of all kinds. At our retreat center, you'll find 7 bedrooms and 4 baths & ample space for entertaining; and plenty of serenity—all yours to enjoy! At Villa Maréna, we believe in the power of travel. The Villa is totally private & secluded . You live in an estate home so close to the city of Naples 30 min to Southwest International Airport 10 min to Downtown & Famous Sandy Beaches 10 min from famous 5th Ave & Tin City 5 min from Bakers Park 5 min from Sugden park 15 min from Famous Naples Zoo 3 min from Publix Supermarket Many restaurants nearby !! Guest access The entire house is available. We enhance a newly built / beautiful modern Pool. The pool can be HEATED for an additional fee of 55$ per night stay. We require 24 hours prior notification for the pool to be heated and ready for your use. Please note that the weather conditions may affect the temperature of the water which is maintained at an average of 82-85 degrees for your comfort. Splash away !! The free standing hot tub can be heated for an additional fee of 25$ per night stay. Attention : no pets are allowed to be swimming in the pool. Proof of it will result in extra charges and you’ll be asked to leave the premises immediately. Pool towels (white/turquoise striped) are to be used in the pool area only. Thank you for respecting the rules and policies of our property!! Other things to note There are security cameras covering the outside areas of the property only (on all angles of the house exterior). One doorbell camera covering the driveway / entrance another camera at the garage door covering the parking lot, and a camera facing the pickleball court. These remain running at all times and solely to be used for security purposes to ensure the safety of the property and traveler. We’re always looking for our guest’s safety! We equip each of our homes with a noise level monitoring device to protect against noise complaints from neighbors. Doesn’t record conversations, simply decibel/noise levels. * Note any manipulation of the security devices ar the internet router/connection will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Note, all aforementioned data is not stored and is deleted when no longer needed. Other things to note: - Tropical Climate Disclosure: This property is located in a tropical climate zone. It is possible, but not likely, to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, ferile cats, alligators, non-native primates, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs, including, but not limited to, ants, honey bees, palmetto bugs, roaches, etc. on the property. Per Airbnb's listing requirements, we are, therefore, required to notify you that we have "dangerous animals" on the property. All stand-alone, homes, excluding those that are not in a condominium tower, due to this possibility, however remote, are required, by Airbnb, to notify you of the possibility that one might encounter both dangerous, and fear-provoking, non-threatening creatures. We have pest control services to deal with all of these creatures. If you come across any of them, please contact us via Airbnb's Direct Message (DM) system, immediately. We will work to take timely action to deal with anything that you may discover, both inside your space, or outside, on our property. Many of these creatures are free-roaming. We do not have control of anything that occurs on neighboring, city, community, or HOA properties, and cannot be held liable for their maintenance of same. - BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed. - The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make sure your stay is perfect. - Please be advised that our property undergoes regular maintenance to ensure a pleasant and safe environment for all guests. During your reservation, you may notice the presence of the following service providers: - **Pool Maintenance Technician:** Performs routine maintenance on the pool to keep it clean and in excellent condition. - **Lawn Mowing Company:** Tends to the lawn and gardens to maintain a beautiful and well-kept landscape. - **Pest Control Technician:** Conducts regular pest control treatments to ensure a comfortable and pest-free stay. We have scheduled these services to minimize any disturbance to our guests. Rest assured, they will conduct their work discreetly and will not interfere with your stay. **House Rules** ❗️No Parties or Events Allowed ❗️ 1. **No Smoking:** Smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited on the property, indoors and outdoors. A violation will result in a fee of $250 or more. 2. **No Parties:** We have a strict no-party policy with zero tolerance. Any violation will result in immediate eviction, a fee of $350 or more, and a final cleaning fee of $250 or more. 3. **Quiet Hours:** Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. 4. **Shoes Off:** Kindly remove your shoes before entering the property, and refrain from wearing them while sitting on the sofa. 5. **No Pets:** Pets are not allowed. Evidence of pets will result in eviction and an additional cleaning fee of $150 per hour or more. 6. **Furniture Arrangement:** Please do not rearrange the furniture. 7. **Eating and Drinking:** Food and drink are not allowed in the bedrooms. A cleaning fee of $50 or more will be applied if violations are identified. 8. **Registered Guests Only:** Unregistered guests are not permitted. Please inform us of the exact number of guests before your stay. Failure to do so will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. 9. **Check-In/Check-Out:** Check-in time is 4 PM, but early check-in is available upon request. Check-out time is 10 AM, but late check-out is also available upon request. Additional fees may apply, with a minimum fee of $75. 10. **AC Usage:** Please keep the AC thermostat set to no less than 72 degrees. 11. **Doors and Windows:** Keep doors and windows closed to prevent insects and avoid overloading the AC. 12. **Trash and Cleaning:** Dispose of trash properly and take it out upon departure. Trash barrels are located near the garage. 13. **Linens:** Use linens responsibly. Damaged or stained items will result in a fee of $30$ or more per item. White/turquoise striped pool towels cannot be taken to the beach. There are specific additional beach towels along with other beach essentials that can be used at the beach. 14. **Water:** We recommend using bottled water for drinking as we have well water. A complimentary large Primo Dispensary Water Bottle will be provided. Note: every night between 11:30-12:30 midnight the water pump system cleans and resets itself which it affects the pressure of the water supply. This only lasts for about 20 minutes. 15. **Septic System:** Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Dispose of other items in the provided containers. 16. **Dishes:** Clean dishes after use to avoid a cleaning fee of $30 or more. 17. **BBQ Grill:** Be considerate with the BBQ grill and clean it after use to avoid a fee of $50 or more. 18. **Cleaning Note:** This is a large house that requires extra cleaning efforts. Please clean up after yourself, including dishes and dispose trash. There will be an hourly charge of at least $100 for additional cleaning by the staff "Outdoor Pool Safety Rules: Supervision is Key: Never leave children unattended. Designate a responsible adult to actively watch over swimmers at all times. Swimming Abilities: Ensure all swimmers have appropriate swimming skills. Non-swimmers should always wear approved floatation devices. No Diving in Shallow Areas: Diving should only be permitted in designated deep areas of the pool. Always check water depth before diving. Walk, Don't Run: Encourage a safe environment by walking on the pool deck. Running increases the risk of slips and falls. No Glass Items: Prohibit glass containers near the pool to prevent injuries from happening First Aid Kit: available under the kitchen sink Weather Awareness: Monitor weather conditions and clear the pool area during thunderstorms or adverse weather. Collier County Ordinance 2009-23 has authorized an outdoor burn ban in Collier County, effective May 14, 2024. The ban prohibits open burning, which is any outdoor fire or open combustion of material that produces visible emissions.
