Regardless of your arrival time, you'll be able to access the property at your leisure, day or night. Additionally, a unique front door code will be provided to you 2 days prior to your check-in, ensuring secure and hassle-free entry to your vacation oasis. ☆ Digital Guest Book: To make your stay as seamless as possible, you will receive a digital guest book filled with useful information about the property and local recommendations. Other things to note ☆ Pool: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $100 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it. Our pool cleaner comes every Tuesday and Friday morning to maintain the pool. He will come and go through the side gate and should also not bother you throughout your stay. If the pool needs extra attention or you would prefer not to be bothered please let us know ahead of time. ☆ Pet friendly: We are pet friendly at a fee of $75 per pet, per stay. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility. No pets are to be left unattended in the home. Barking dogs often result in neighbor complaints. **Extra pet fees will be added through our guest portal after your reservation is confirmed (Plus Tax). Please let us know if you are traveling with a pet. ☆ Desert living: This home and many homes in Palm Springs are located in the desert, sand is around, sand flys when windy.
