Thanks The space IMPORTANT READ THE FOLLOWING RULES: - We tried to offer flexible check-in times, but many guests have arrived late at night without any notice. Therefore, NO CHECK-INS AFTER 10 PM (22:00). If you arrive later than 10 PM, we will unfortunately have to charge you £10 for each hour you are late. - Please remove your shoes inside the house. - This is a family home, not a business, so please be respectful of that. - Check the location carefully before booking. We are fully transparent about where the house is located. If it’s not close enough to the city centre for your needs, please book somewhere more convenient. - Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM. We wake up early and have a baby who needs breakfast by 8 AM. - Early check-in is not available. However, if we are home, you may request to leave your luggage in our living room and return during the check-in window from 3 PM to 10 PM (15:00 to 22:00). - VERY IMPORTANT: If you give us a 4-star rating, it means your experience was NOT satisfactory. Airbnb has strict policies, and if a listing’s average rating falls below 4.5 stars, it risks being shut down so please consider this when reviewing our place thanks. Guest access The room is at the top floor and to access you must walk trough our living room. During your stay You can reach us out via the Airbnb app messages.
