It comfortably sleeps 6 with 1 king, 1 queen and a set of bunk beds. The open-concept living room has a wood burning fireplace, the kitchen is well appointed, the open-air porch has two types of grills and the screened-in porch has a swing bed with a wooded backyard. Made it Reel is a 6 min. walk to lake and 33 miles from Auburn University. The space This relaxing 2 BR/2 BA has a master bedroom with a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. Each room has it's own tv and both walk-in showers have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is a separate coffee bar with a Keurig and regular coffee maker. The open-air porch has both a gas grill and a charcoal grill for your preferred method of grilling. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the items you'll need for cooking and entertaining. The Village at Kowaliga Bay is a friendly water access community with a clubhouse and zero entry pool, boat ramp, boat slips, a fitness center and more! Return from a fun day hanging at the pool or cruising on the lake to our outdoor living area. Since our home is nestled on a private wooded lot, the swing bed on the screened-in porch is the perfect spot for relaxing. The table is the ideal spot for a family meal or a competitive game of dominoes. We are a short boat ride to your favorite lakefront restaurants. Some of our favorites include The Social, Chuck’s Pizza and Bluff’s Daiquiri Bar. Russell Lands Amphitheater is around the corner or a short boat ride from the best 4th of July firework show around.
