Swimming pool is only available from Monday to Wednesday and Friday. ✓Thursday is maintenance day ✓Saturday, Sunday and Holidays is only available for residence only. **Alternatively, for guest checking-in on Thursday you can use the swimming on Friday and guest checking-in on Sunday can use the swimming pool the next day which is Monday. Swimming Pool Fee: 200php per guest per day Additionaly, you can enjoy the roofdeck with the panoramic view of metro manila and rizal province for FREE, no extra charge. B. Gym is not available for guests and visitors until further notice. C. Football table/Air Hockey PHP 100.00 per hour rate Operating hours is from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm only. Other things to note Please be reminded that this is not a hotel but a condominium unit. Kindly manage your expectations accordingly. If you plan to check in or check out outside the designated time frame of 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, kindly inform us in advance so that we can make arrangements for someone to assist you. Reminders: for Guests Registration Requirements 1. Name of all guests with age. 2. One (1) Valid ID of each guest. *All requirements listed above must be submitted 2-3 days before your arrival for processing of the visitor form. for Check-In Check-in time starts at 3:00 PM. Late check-in after 5:00 PM will result in an extra charge of Php 100, with an additional Php 50 per hour thereafter to compensate for the time spent by the attendant waiting for your arrival. for Early Check-out You are permitted to check out early, but there is a corresponding fee of PHP 100 for checking out between 5:00 am to 9:50 am. If you check out even earlier within that time frame, an additional fee of PHP 200 will be charged to cover the cost of the person assisting you. for Late Check-out Late check-out is strictly prohibited. If you check out after 12:00 noon, there will be an additional charge of Php 350 per hour and a fee equivalent to one night's stay will be charged for any check-outs after 5:00 PM. for Cooking inside the unit It is permissible to cook in the unit, however, only mild cooking is permitted. In case of any unpleasant odor detected, a fee equivalent to the price of one night's stay will be charged. The cooking of danggit and fish by means of frying is strictly prohibited.
