You can enjoy the sound of the waves from the furnished deck, or just stroll/ride down the convenient beach access road to have your toes in the sand in minutes. The bright, open living area has a cozy sectional and comfy chairs, along with a flat screen television. You'll also enjoy the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the kitchenware you need to cook a meal, as well as a Keurig coffee maker. There's plenty of seating for meals or games at the island and separate dining table! For your convenience you'll also find a washer and dryer on the premises, and high speed internet. Sea Ya on the Flip Side features a primary bedroom with an ensuite bath and king size bed. Bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three has two sets of queen over queen bunk beds - perfect for kids! On the ground level you will find a charcoal grill and picnic table. The outdoor shower is a must for washing away the sand before enjoying the house.
