Room with private bath and entrance. Doors have chain locks. Beaches ten minutes by car. Within a mile there is Wickham park with hiking and biking trails, a senior center, indoor pickle ball, restaurants, grocery stores, and the Kings Center for Performing Arts . Willing to provide some meals and transportation as negotiated. Orlando airport, Disney and many theme parks less than an hour away. The Kennedy Space Visitor Center is 24 miles. Port Canaveral and cruise ships 14 miles. The space Master bedroom with private bath and a private entrance in a split plan house. Room has work station with adjustable desk chair with can be used as a dining table. Room is equipped with refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, blender, multi-function toaster oven, and microwave. Basic amenities like paper towels, kitchen utensils, dishes, coffee and tea, cream and sweeteners, soap, hair dryer, purified and distilled water, and etc. the yard is shared with lawn chairs visible for bird watching. Guest access Access is limited to the master bedroom suite with private bath and private entrance. During your stay I am home a lot and would be happy to say hello and answer any questions you have about the area and Florida in general. Please text me if it is too hot or cold for you.
