Welcome to the 21 m², bright and cozy room with its own separate kitchen on the 2nd floor of the house and a private parking space right by the house. Ideal starting point for relaxing days - whether a city trip, a vacation on the Baltic Sea or a business stay. Enjoy the beautifully designed terrace area in the garden. You can reach the Edeka in a few minutes on foot. From the central train station, it's only a 7-minute tram ride. The space The lockable combined living room and bedroom with a great view of the garden is located on the 2nd floor of the house and can be reached separately via the hallway. Look forward to a comfortable double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m, a sitting area with TV, and a desk with fast Wi-Fi for working. Linens and towels are included. Your own fully equipped kitchen as well as the large lockable bathroom are also located on this floor. The modern bathroom with underfloor heating and a 1.00 x 1.00 m shower area offers additional comfort. The lovingly designed terrace in the garden invites you to relax in the flower paradise. Guest access In addition to your own room and your kitchen, the bathroom and the terrace (see photo) as well as a parking space at the house. If required, the washing machine can be used by arrangement for a fee of €5. During your stay I am personally available during my guests' stay. Other things to note Guests staying for 7 days or more will receive a 3% discount. For bookings of 28 days or more, you get a 7% monthly discount.
