Spacious, self contained accommodation in a peaceful location. This annexe offers lots of space, a fully equipped kitchen, a desk to work at and large wardrobes for storage. Parking for 1 vehicle, 2nd space available if requested prior to stay. It’s a 5 min drive from the Brentwood Centre & approx. 10 min drive to the High Street. There are local supermarkets, takeaways & restaurants within a 15 min walk away. There are some lovely walks on the door step The space Open plan with sofa, foldaway table, desk, Smart TV and Blu-ray player with a range of movies. Fully equipped kitchen with oven & hob, Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, under-counter fridge (with 1 freezer shelf), washer/dryer. Ironing board and iron included. Separate bedroom with king size bed, large wardrobes & dressing table. Hairdryer supplied. Wet room with shower, toilet, sink. Underfloor heating throughout. Towels/bedlinen (bed made up prior to arrival)/Wi-Fi included. Travel cot available if required. Guest access Annexe is next to the main house, so access is shared with the owners Other things to note There are cats and 2 dogs that live with the owners so guests may encounter these. There is a garden which spans the back of the main house and annexe. This is our garden and as a family with 2 younger children there will be times when we will be using it. We are happy for guests to sit in the garden and their dogs run around in it but they will need to be watched at all times and any dog mess cleared up straight away.
