The space ★ BEDROOM Our condo suite boasts a hotel-style interior, featuring two comfortable Double Size beds that can accommodate up to 4 guests, along with an additional pullout bed for one. Enjoy a restful night's sleep on our Premium 11-inch Luxury Hotel Mattress and luxurious beddings. ★ LIVING AREA Indulge in relaxation with our Luxury Stellar Massage Chair, equipped with Bluetooth music and heated massage functionality. Unwind in style after a day of exploring the city. Gamers will be thrilled with the PlayStation (PS4) gaming console, offering endless entertainment options. Enjoy movie nights with Netflix, stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, and discover a variety of books to enhance your leisure time. ★ KITCHEN Our fully furnished kitchen provides all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including: ★ Refrigerator Unlimited drinking water with a water dispenser for hot, cold, and warm water Microwave, electric stove, rice cooker, small pan, plates, glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, basic cutlery and eating utensils ★BATHROOM Our bathroom features a full interior with a water heater for your convenience. Additional amenities include a glass shower enclosure, bidet, mirrors, and cabinets. We'll provide basic toiletries to make your stay more comfortable. Guest access Check-in: 3:00 PM Checkout: 12:00 PM No smoking. No pets ■ Inform your host check-in time 24 hours before arrival time. Send government issued ID for each adult guest in the unit. ■ Check-in is strictly at 3pm onwards while check out is strictly on or before 12nn. Late checkout will have additional fees. ■ Transact only with our assigned staff for all your needs. ■ Restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, salons, spa, banks and other specialty stores are located at the Ground floor of the building. If you wish to have your food delivered, you can download FOOD PANDA or GRAB FOOD app and pin the delivery address at SHORE 3 , TOWER 2 Lobby Pasay City ■ Only registered guests are allowed to enter the unit or access the shared areas (Swimming pool, gym) of Shore 3 except the lobby. ■ Swimming pools are located at the 2nd floor. Open from 9am to 6pm. Pool Fees: ☆Weekdays P150/person ☆ Weekeds/ Holiday P300/person Please wear appropriate swimming attires ( swimsuit/ spandex or drifit shirt & shorts, NO Cotton) Bring changing clothes after swimming. Bathroom/ Toilet is located at the amenity area. ■ No Smoking policy is observed inside the unit and all common areas. Fire Alarm is sensitive and can detect all smoke coming from the unit. It will incure penalty of P5000. ■ For sanitary purposes and please take off your shoes upon entering the unit. ■ Rest assured that every guests will be served with clean beddings, towels, pillow case and bathroom mats. ■ Guests are expected to keep the unit clean and tidy. Cleaning is done after check out. ■ If you wish to dispose your extra trashes/clutters , Garbage room is located beside the elevators. ■ No Heavy Cooking is allowed. For simple cooking, Please use the range hood. Any smoke coming from the unit will trigger the alarm. ■ Paid parking is available on and off the premises Other things to note REQUIREMENTS: Please send 1 Identification of Card of Each Guest (Govt. ID, Company ID, School ID, Passport or Birth Certificate) Data Privacy: You may cover sensitive details, as long as the full name and picture is visible. LISTING DISCLAIMER: We would like to inform our guests of the following, by booking you are acknowledging the following: - Rebooking requests will only be granted if requested at least 3 DAYS ahead of the check-in date. For bookings made that have less than 3 DAYS of lead time before check-in date, rebooking should be requested at least 24 hours from the check-in date. We reserve the right to decline any requests for any rebooking without prior notice. ONE TIME REBOOKING ONLY. - Our refund policy is Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
