Red Rock Farm Stay

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. RedRock Farm stay is located on a 300acre working beef farm, close to the Mighty Murray River. The surrounds are peaceful, with an abundance of native wildlife. The working farm has Scottish Highland Cattle, horses, sheep and dogs. There are extensive walking and bike trails, out the back gate and along the bush tracks you will find numerous sandbars, swimming and boating spots along the Murray River. The space RedRock Farm is a beautiful 300acre beef farm on the edge of the Barmah National Park, within close proximity to the Murray River. Native wildlife is abundant: Kangaroos, Emus, Koalas, Goanna, and birds. A truly peaceful place to stay. The farm has Scottish Highland Cattle, Angus cattle, horses, dogs, and pet sheep. You're welcome to join us on daily feeding rounds, let us know upon arrival. Our dogs are friendly, and may visit you at the cabin. Please let us know before your arrival if you are not comfortable around dogs. The accommodation is a comfortable self-contained cabin, equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. There is a beautiful deck area overlooking the billabong (seasonal), with a dining space and BBQ - it is the perfect spot to sit back and enjoy the surroundings. Guest access There are many places on the farm that you will be free to explore. Beyond the farm, there are endless bush tracks for walking, riding, or driving. The months that the farm is in crop, we ask you to stay off the cropped area. We also ask that you do not enter any animal paddocks. Other things to note Our farm is fully off-grid and powered entirely by solar and battery power. This does not affect the use of all the creature comforts. However, we are unable to support the charging of electric vehicles. WE ARE UNABLE TO SUPPORT CHARGING OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES. Our dogs are friendly, and may visit you at the cabin. Please let us know before your arrival if you are not comfortable around dogs. Strictly no entering any animal paddocks. We are 20-30 minutes away from a supermarket, or places to eat. If arriving in the evening we recommend bringing food with you as there is no where close by to stop in.
