Our charming country house apartment in chalet style in Dießen am Ammersee cordially invites you to breathe deeply, let go of everyday life and enjoy the moment in relaxed coziness. Located on the first floor, the 107 sqm apartment offers a south-facing conservatory with a unique view of the orchard. It has 2 bedrooms, a living room with an additional sofa bed and a large kitchen-living room with a cozy dining area. Everything was newly renovated and refurnished in 2023. The space The chalet is centrally located in a rural location, approx. 5 minutes by car to the lake, very quiet and sunny in an extensive garden. Each room of the chalet offers a beautiful view of the idyllic garden with old trees (fruit trees: apple, pear). A south-facing conservatory invites you to linger with its tasteful interior and a unique view of the garden landscape. The sunroom is unheated. The fully equipped spacious kitchen is equipped with high-quality electrical appliances (dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment) as well as toaster, kettle and a DeLonghi Nespresso coffee maker. Furthermore, a French press coffee maker and coffee pot with filter are available. High-quality crockery is available in sufficient quantity. A selection of spices and teas are available. Dish towels are provided. In the kitchen-living room is a large, solid oak table with five chairs. In the living room, a sofa bed (140 x 200) in front of the satellite TV is inviting for relaxation. A desk is available as a work option. Wi-Fi is fully available. Direct access to the conservatory is possible through the living room. Lounge furniture and deck chairs are available for relaxation. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180 × 200) and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom also has a double bed (180 × 200). In all living rooms, there is the possibility of darkening by an internal closing mechanism of the wooden shutters. The beds are made with fresh linens upon arrival. The light-flooded bathroom is equipped with a shower with a real glass shower enclosure as well as a hairdryer and soap dispenser. High-quality hand and bath towels are available in sufficient quantity. A Siemens washing machine and a Siemens tumble dryer are available in the basement of the house. Also an ironing board with iron. The apartment has been completely newly furnished, lovingly renovated and will be offered as a vacation home from fall 2023. Guest access The entire apartment on the first floor is available for your exclusive use. A private parking space within the property belongs to the apartment. The stop for the local bus is a few minutes' walk away. Other things to note The recognized climatic health resort of Dießen (533 m above sea level) with its approx. 12,000 inhabitants is located on the west bank of Lake Ammersee and is one of the most beautiful holiday regions in Germany in the Five Lakes region. Visitors and vacationers have numerous recreational and entertainment options to choose from. Crafts, art and culture can be experienced intensively in the market town of Dießen. Lake Ammersee is a paradise for water sports. The 18-hole Hohenpähl Golf Club is about 15 minutes away by car. In winter, the Five Lakes region offers idyllic Christmas markets with culinary highlights and an enchanting winter landscape.
