This unique space is fun and quirky, with a colorful and artist vibe that is reminiscent of nearby Bisbee. It is located near the center of town and right off the main boulevard with easy access to everything. It is walking distance to many stores and restaurants, 1 mile to the main gate of historic Fort Huachuca, and right on the edge of the newly rejuvenated West End improvement project. The space This adorable space is one of three apartments located behind a small business right on Fry Boulevard. Its charming size is perfect for individuals and couples. The bathroom is very small, but has a full size tub/shower. It works well for military, contractors, traveling nurses, hikers, and birdwatchers. It includes everything needed for a short or long stay. The Greenbriar includes open and free parking in front of the building. The entrance to the apartment is located through an inconspicuous narrow walkway between two office buildings. A code to a keypad on the gate will grant you access to the walkway, where you will be provided a key to the apartment. You will have a refrigerator with freezer space, and a kitchen stocked with dishes, utensils, and just about anything else you may need to prepare your own meals. The kitchen does NOT have a stove or oven, but a two-burner hotplate available if needed. There is a microwave, small coffee maker, toaster, and many other kitchen appliances and utensils. The living room has a loveseat that is a twin-size pullout sleeper, and a comfortable accent chair. The 37-in TV provides internet streaming channels. Netflix access is provided, but you can use your personal accounts on the other channels if you would like to. The small bathroom, located across from the bedroom, boasts a full bathtub and shower and everything you may need for a comfortable stay. In addition to the queen-size bed, there is a small desk and chair that could be used as a vanity. You also have a large patio area with two rocking chairs and a seating area. The only thing that is shared is the walkway from the front of the building to the space. Checkout is 11:00 AM. If you need a later checkout, let us know, we may be able to accommodate under certain circumstances. PLEASE NOTE HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING to ensure that this would be a great fit for you. Due to the proximity to the neighboring spaces, smoking is not permitted in the apartment or the courtyard/patio area. Other things to note Linens for the pullout sleeper are in the dresser that the TV sits on. There are extra blankets in the closet. There is a small fire extinguisher under the sink, as well as a large fire extinguisher on the wall outside in front of the apartments. A garbage can is located under the kitchen counter. Extra supplies can be found under the kitchen sink and in the bathroom.
