Welcome to paradise! This is a studio nestled on the lap of the mountain overlooking a beautiful blue waters of the Caribbean Sea. We have put this unit at your disposition with the confidence you will enjoy your stay and have peace of mind while you enjoy the outdoors options in this area: i,e, Crash Boat beach, Peña Blanca beach, surfing, scuba diving, horse back riding, camping in the outdoors area in Playuela. Also short drive to other points of interest. Airport BQN, just 7 minutes away. The space This newly constructed spacious studio comfortably accommodates 4 guests. This spacious studio provides privacy and tranquility. Located near grocery stores, numerous dining restaurants and points of interest in the area such as Peña Blanca beach (<5 min drive), Crash Boat beach (<10 min drive, and Surfer's beach (10 min drive) etc. Casa Sol has lots to offer! Kitchenette features fridge, a glass stove top with cooking pots and pans, as well as dining plates, silverware, microwave and coffee maker. The large all wooden dining table seats 4. The living area has a cozy loveseat with a mini coffee table facing a large screen Roku TV, where you are able to enjoy any streaming services such as Netflix, Sling, Youtube etc. There are 2 comfortable full size beds, where you are also able to enjoy the TV from. In between the 2 beds is a large dresser. Next to the beds, on either side, are 2 nightstands that have USB ports as well as more outlet plugs to charge multiple devices. The bathroom features a walk in shower with a waterfall shower head, floating sink cabinet, mirror, and toilet. Towels will be provided during your stay. The AC unit provides ice cold air to help you keep cool in the Puerto Rican heat. Throughout the studio are windows where you are allowed to let fresh air in. Please do not forget to make sure all windows are closed while the AC is on. Outside of Casa Sol is a large driveway and stairs that lead up to the roof top! Enjoy breakfast or unwind in the evening watching the sunset over the ocean and hear the coqui's sing. The rooftop features patio furniture with shade during the day and string lights for the evening. Pets are allowed with prior arrangements. We hope to host you soon at Casa Sol!
