We’re looking for a short term or long term roommate to share our beautiful home , located in Reseda CA, utilities and wifi included. The room is fully furnished with a queen-sized bed and a memory foam mattress topper. There’s a mounted flat screen TV as well as air conditioning. The shared bath is located just outside of the room and the large living space and kitchen are open plan and provide additional comfortable living space.
