I offer a fun, vibrant, private room in my peaceful, colorful home w/a mini kitchenette, complimentary travel conveniences, & dedicated bathroom (w/bidet). Property is short walking distance to every need you could have, and is a 5 min drive to Englewood beach, 10 to mannasota beach & near coastal nature parks. Fairly far from airports, Englewood’s not the most common destination. I’m happy to drive for additional price. There’s also parking in my driveway with view from your suite’s window. The space With your room rental, You are permitted access to the front of the house. There is a partition in front which divides my living space from yours. Across from your room is my study, so I may use it from time to time but will tend to stay in the back of the house when you are in-house to maintain your privacy. If you are driving, whichever side of the driveway that is open, will be your parking space. All other access to the house is off limits with the exception of the garage, if you need to do your laundry. After coming through the front door, your room and bathroom are immediately to your right. The Florida Flamingo Boudoir features a comfy queen mattress on a quiet and stable frame. This Vintage styled bedroom features space for you to unwind and live well. Added access to travel conveniences like beach supplies, blankets, extra pillows or other immediate needs, are at your request. A roku tv is available for entertainment or to unwind. Of course I have wifi for your internet needs! I’ve furnished the closet with a mini kitchenette. I’ve supplied a mini fridge with freezer, microwave, nespresso machine and any dishes/silverware you will be needing. A clean water jug and dispenser are also there to keep you hydrated! A compact table for two offers additional seating and dining space. I will have a clean covered bin available for your dirty dishes. When you want them washed and replaced, please leave them in the covered bin and leave that by the front door. The bathroom is privately for you, during your stay. Several fresh towels and washcloths will be ready for you on the towel racks. Any toiletry needs will be in the drawers and medicine cabinet. Please feel free to explore and use what you need. Your bathroom features a new bath/shower and new toilet with Bidet! All cleaning supplies for both rooms, back up toilet paper, and tissues are located under the bathroom sink, if need be. I aim to make your trip as easy and enjoyable as possible! Smoking is only allowed only outside. There are chairs and an ashtray located in entryway.. vaping is allowed indoors to a minimum. I just ask you are discreet. This is a 420 friendly home. Guest access You have access to the front bedroom and bathroom as well as the garage, to do laundry. All other spaces are private and forbidden. Full disclosure… I have a camera on the doorbell and in my private spaces for monitoring. Your space has no cameras to maintain your privacy. And I will not be intruding your space, in any way, during the duration of your stay. During your stay I will most likely be home, most of the time you are here. I mostly work from home and am constantly doing projects or working on the house. I like to remain available for my guests, as well. I am available for rides around town, to and from the airport, or to tourist destinations for an extra fee. Ride shares in Englewood are not always easy to come by. We can have little or no rides to offer, off season… and during snowbird season, ride shares are busy due to the influx of people in town. I am an uber and lyft driver, as a part time job, so I’m verified as a good driver with no previous tickets, crimes or offenses. Sometimes you want to enjoy yourself and drink, whether to the beach or out to dinner… having that ride lined up offers another level of ease. Other things to note This house is my long list ongoing design project and I have an accessory business I’m tirelessly working on. I’m just getting started but I always have something creative that I’m doing. I have a senior fluffy, friendly, 25lb dog whom is deaf. He’s very sweet, gentle and rarely barks. Buddy will be happy to host you, too.
