This unique half-duplex home has views of both the Sound (Intracoastal) and Ocean while only being just steps away from the nearest beach access. Located within the Eastern part of Emerald Isle, you will enjoy less crowded beaches and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoor serenity Emerald Isle has to offer. The two levels of living space, which approximately total 2250 square feet offer light filled spaces for everyone. The entry is located on the second level. You are quickly welcomed into a living and game room complete with a large TV, arcade games, as well as foosball and air hockey. The sofa provides bonus sleeping space if needed and a hall bath is nearby for convenience. The two guest rooms on this level are the bunk room with a private bath and a queen guest room which shares the hall bath. The laundry area is also centrally located within the living room. Heading up to the top level, you will find the main living area and the primary suite. The primary suite offers ocean views, a King bed with a private bath and an ocean view deck. As part of Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise, all linen will be laundered between guests. *Linen is included in the cleaning price- if you anticipate not using all of the beds or want to bring your own, let us know, and we will send a new price quote* The open-concept great room allows the conversation to flow from the dining room, kitchen, and sitting area. The kitchen will have everything needed to prepare meals for your group. A half bath is located off the living room for ease of use. Overall, the space is very accommodating, and the new owners are excited to welcome guests to enjoy their time here! The garage is available for your use during your stay. The surfboard, kayaks, gas grill, and other beach-going items are stored here, but do not worry, there is still space to hang out and play games if some time out of the sun is needed. The nearest beach access is located on Ocean Drive which is less than 1000 feet away. The nearest sound access and kayak launch is located on Park Street which is 0.4 miles away. The bike path which spans the length of Emerald Isle is located just at the end of the driveway which is great for biking, walking, or wheeling the kayaks down to Park Street.
