Separate entrance, small kitchenette and seating area on first floor; bedrooms and baths up a set of stairs on the second floor. Quiet, beautiful, park-like neighborhood in a grand old home. The accommodations are very private and beautifully appointed. There is a well lit, but steep staircase to the second floor bedrooms and baths. Everything you will need for a restful and stress-free stay. Kindly indicate how many guests you will have in your party at the time of booking. No additional pet fees, but respectfulness of the property is appreciated and expected. Guest access Park in the very safe street next to the entrance or ask me about parking in the driveway. Enter the Airbnb from its private entrance. Digital code sent around noon on the day of your arrival makes entry seamless. We can accommodate from one to four persons in this Airbnb suite of one small kitchenette, two bedrooms and two full baths with walk-in showers. Pet friendly, but the accommodations are very clean and sanitized between each booking. If you need an additional, third bedroom can accommodate up to two additional persons. This extra room is available for an additional $100 per night. Third room has a queen sized bed and a non-sleeping, full sized sofa (seating area). There is no laundry available.
