Ridgeview suite is located in a quiet upscale community that is less than a 2 minute drive from the foot of Forest hills, just enough to get a nice view of the city and mountains and yet still close to banks, restaurants, supermarkets, post office, pharmacies etc. that are less than 5 minutes away. To Constant Spring, it takes 10 or less minutes to get there, to Half Way Tree is 12 minutes or less and to New Kingston, it is 15 minutes or less. The space The suite has all the essentials for comfort such as hot and cold water, air-condition in the bedrooms, smart tvs in both the bedroom and living rooms and you will have access to the swimming pool on the property. The kitchen has all the essentials, plus a fridge, electric stove, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and Nutri bullet for the smoothie lovers. For the health enthusiasts, there is fresh mint, aloe vera and a tree on property called the Moringa, one of the most powerful superfoods with lots of health benefits that all our guests will have free access to use during their stay. The suite too is equipped with smart devices which is useful to provide whatever music you want, provide wake-up calls and provide you with information that you might need. Enhanced Cleaning I take cleaning and sanitizing the apartment and everything in it seriously and therefore, I strictly follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. I make sure to: Sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob. Use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. Clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists. Provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay. Comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines. Other things to note No more than 2 visitors at a time permitted and allowed to use the facilities. There is a charge of $30 per additional person staying over.
