Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. • Smoking is not allowed $350 fee Solterra Resort Frequently Asked Questions! • What are the hours of operation? • Clubhouse: 8am - 7pm • Main Pool: 9am - 9pm • Slide and Lazy River: 10:30am - 6pm • Bar and Grill: 11:30am - 6 pm • Fitness Center: 9am - 11pm Note: the resort modifies operating hours from time to time (e.g. for holidays or events. Must get water park pass before 6:30pm) FAQs • Is there a fee for using the grill? Yes! there is a $30 cleaning fee to clean the grill. Grill uses charcoal and is the responsibility of the guest to purchase! • What is the fee for pool heat? Pool heat is $125 for 3 days and $175 for every 7 days. **Pool can take up to 24 hours to fully heat. Please request at least 24 hours in advance. Heater may not work well below 55 degrees. • Are the community pools heated year-round? Absolutely! All pools are heated all year round, the only exception is the lazy river which is not heated. • What kind of EV charger does the home have? The home is equipped with an external 110V outlet on the front porch. Charging cable not provided! Extension cord may be required but not provided. It just depends on the length of your cable but most cables should reach. 110V is a slow charge which will add 2-5 miles per hour depending on your car. This will not fill your battery overnight. There are Tesla Superchargers nearby! • What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides? Riders must be at least 36 inches tall and only one rider at a time. • Is there a charge to use the clubhouse? Yes it’s $37 plus tax for up to 12 people and $42 + tax for 12+ and will be valid for the length of your stay. ***Passes must be purchased from the clubhouse office before 6pm. Open 7 days a week. • Are there activities at the Resort? Yes, and the activities change monthly! Guest access You will have access to the entire home! You can park in the driveway or in any public, dedicated parking spot. Please make sure not to block the sideway when parking in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed. *Vehicles parked on the street may be towed by the HOA* Other things to note Please leave trash in trash bags only, in the brown bin in front of the home daily.
