The house offers a spectacular view of the sea green from the south coast of Paraíba, behind a lush tropical vegetation that skirts the maceió Paratibe (lake), separated from the sea by a strip of white sand. The large indoor rooms of the house are in perfect integration with nature, through extensive glass doors and windows, and with amenity offered with its large built area. The leisure area consists of swimming pools with a waterfall, beach tennis court and barbecue area.
