This fee includes venue access only (no additional services or items included) and covers exclusive use of the entire property from Friday at 3:00 PM through Monday at 10:00 AM. If you’d like to extend your stay beyond those dates/times, additional nights are available at $1,000 per night. We also work with a trusted wedding planner we’ve partnered with who will coordinate everything with you. She’s familiar with our house rules and property logistics, can help source and coordinate vendors, and will ensure the weekend runs smoothly from start to finish. She has 35 years of experience, knows the best vendors in the city, and is known for getting excellent pricing. Guest access You will have access to all the property, no shared spaces. Other things to note Important Security Step for Your Peace of Mind: To ensure the highest standards of safety and comfort for all our guests, we have a simple but essential security procedure: 1. Guest Check-In Form: All guests over the age of 18 are required to fill out a check-in form with their ID, name, and phone number details. We do not permit any Airbnb Services or Experiences of any kind at this property. Any guest attempting to bring a third-party service without our written approval will have their reservation cancelled with no refund.
