You can enter the property on your arrival date anytime after 3pm, and access is via lockbox, which is situated at the front door. We will send you the lockbox code 5 hours before your check-in time. You will access the property via the front door, at the front of the building. Please be courteous of neighbours and access when parking your vehicles, and ensure you are not blocking any other residents at all. Other things to note 🏡 PureStay House Rules & Guest Info 🚫 No Parties or Events This home is for relaxing stays only. Parties, loud music, or big gatherings aren’t allowed. If this happens, your booking will be cancelled, and you may be asked to leave with no refund. 🚭 No Smoking Indoors Please don’t smoke or vape inside. If we find signs of smoking, there will be a £1000 cleaning charge. You’re welcome to smoke outside. 🔕 Quiet Hours Please keep noise low after 10pm. This is a peaceful area, and we want to respect the neighbours. 🧹 Cleaning & Housekeeping For stays longer than a week, we can arrange extra cleaning or fresh linen for a small charge. Just ask if you’d like this added. 📝 Check-In Requirements The lead guest will need to fill in our online check-in form and upload a photo ID (passport or UK driving licence). ⏰ Check-In & Check-Out Early check-in or late check-out is possible if arranged in advance (£20 per extra hour). ➕ Extending Your Stay If you’d like to stay longer, please message us as soon as possible so we can check availability. 🚗 Parking Free parking for up to 2 cars on the drive.
