Cozy Sai Ying Pun- Room C

This is a 3 bedroom shared flat, located on High Street in the cool neighbourhood of Sai Ying Pun. The flat is just below 500 sq ft net. There are many restaurants and coffee shops on the same street to hang out. The flat is located on the 5th floor in a walk up building and has an exclusive rooftop to be used for hanging out or doing yoga. The space This is a shared flat, and you will be staying in one of the rooms. The room will feature a larger double sized bedframe 4.5 by 6ft , mattress, new bedsheets , towel, pillow, quilt. We also provide a desk so people can work or study from home. Additionally for your storage needs, we have a wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a lot of natural light in your room and in the living room and we have split type ACs to minimise noise. Guest access You will have your own bedroom but will share living room, kitchen , toilet with other guests. You will also have access to the rooftop to hang out and relax. Other things to note Extension of stay past check out time ( 11 am ) , is subject to availability and needs to be agreed upon in advance If past 2 pm a full day will be charged !
