Conveniently located, directly on the S41/42 ring railway, with the tram M2 only 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz, in the middle of the lively Helmholtzkiez with cozy cafés, bars, restaurants and small shops. The space Spacious, modern new apartment on two floors in a low-energy house with underfloor heating, controlled ventilation in all rooms and floor-to-ceiling, soundproofed windows with blinds. The separate guest bathroom is located in the entrance area on the 5th floor. A staircase leads down to the bedroom. Guest access The entrance to the room leads through an internal staircase through my apartment, the dining area with open kitchen can be shared. The private bathroom is located one staircase above the bedroom. During your stay I like to say hello in person, but keep to myself otherwise. Other things to note There are two friendly cats, Simba and Kleo. The obligatory overnight tax in Berlin (City Tax) of 7.5 percent is included in the price and is paid to the tax office.
