A unique nordic beach house only 12 min drive from the Santa Claus Village. With luck here you may see Northern lights from August to end of April. Accommodation with a private suite for 6 adults, with small children even for 8. Modern black house stands on a hill only 25 m from the lake shore, over looking to the Northern open horizon to summer midnight sun. Experiences for example Sauna, ice swim, ice fishing, snowmobiling or Santa on site (plus huskies, reindeer) at additional cost. The space The house has a suite with a bathroom, kitchen and bedroom, as well as a private exit and a connecting door to other living spaces. Other spaces include two bedrooms, a large kitchen, living room and dining area with a 5.5-meter wide window view of the lake and the horizon. There are several terraces outside. The covered glass terrace has an outdoor fireplace and you can bathe in the light of it in the hot tub on the lake side. There are 2 outdoor fireplaces where you can grill or cook. You can move on the ice of the lake in winter, and in summer you can swim in the lake. There is a carport for two cars in the yard. Guest access The house has a separate sauna, which can be used for an additional fee in winter. There is no public transport to the area. The best way to travel is to rent a car. If you use a taxi, you can download the App Menevä, Lähitaksi or Taksi Rovaniemi to your phone so you know the price of the trip in advance.
