The space The whole building consists of 4 floors, the apartment is on 1st floor. The whole apartment is for exclusive use by you. The view of the endless calmness of the greenery can be ideal with your morning coffee. The apartment has recently been renovated with all the modern amenities, the kitchen has all the necessary equipment for an ultimate cooking experience and a very comfortable living room which guarantees a relaxing atmosphere. Guest access There are three ways to access the apartment. The first and least expensive way is either with bus line X97 in combination with bus lines 115 or 117 or 122, these lines are for the airport. The next 2 ways are convenient from anywhere in Athens, you can use either a taxi or your car. There is free parking outside the building. Other things to note The apartment is located in the heart of the Athenian Riviera. You can either enjoy a stroll in Kavouri beach, with all the seaside fish taverns on the right side of the apartment. The stroll from the small to the big Kavouri beach is a favorite one for all the Athenians as it offers a magical feeling when the sun touches the sea. It is also very close to Vouliagmeni, a small town with an abundance of shops and restaurants. It's the ideal place to taste the Greek cuisine. A little further down, you will also find Vouliagmeni lake, a very unique scenery. As it is a small lake next to the beach, you will also find a great restaurant where you can enjoy a tasty meal or a morning coffee.
