The AWL characterize by having a modern rustic style with industrial and nautical accents and lot of artisanal craftmanship in every space and details in the lodge. Also, lot of geometric shapes were use for the concepts and design. Everything located in a full nature setting where birds and coqui sounds are protagonists during day and night. There are several areas, attractions and activities that you will certainly enjoy during your stay at the lodge. As in every place, there are certain rules and things to know for the use of the property, but all of them were established for your security and to make sure you fully enjoy the lodge and have a great experience. Guest access Full access to all announced areas of the Lodge. Note: Restricted utilities area will be marked in the lodge and a fee of $250 will be applied upon trespassing assessment. Other things to note AWL is powered by renewable energy as backup to the electrical grid*. This feature is a MUST in Puerto Rico due to instability in Power Service. With us, you don’t have to worry about a blackout during your stay. We got you covered ☀️🔋💡. Also, refer to the long list of amenities listed in the app that we have to offer which are included with your stay. *Note: in the rare event of a prolonged power outage from the grid (LUMA), lodge will be powered during day by solar panels and during night by a Tesla battery backup for several hours depending on the charge at the moment of outage and electricity usage by guest during outage. Also, stove and water heater (shower and pool) utilities will not be available to extend battery life during the outage event of the grid. For the stove, per guest request, we can provide a single gas grill stove for your use and convenience. All other utilities (lights, Tvs, pool pump, refrigerator, air conditioning, etc) will be available during grid outage for your convenience, but remember, as mentioned, battery life will last depending on electricity usage. Other thing to note is that AWL is located in a Full nature setting and you will be able to see and hear typical forest animals such as different birds species, our little frog: the coqui, rooster, among others.
