The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail and you will certainly feel comfortable here. The living area offers a spacious leather couch, a cozy TV chair, a flat-screen TV, radio, a cozy dining area and an open fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob and a mini oven with hot air, adjacent to the living room. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a large closet. The bathroom is modern and spacious. It has a floor-level shower, towel dryer, hairdryer and a washing machine with dryer function (washer-dryer). In the case of floor coverings, particular emphasis was placed on healthy living requirements and hygiene standards throughout the apartment. Furthermore, the apartment impresses with a 20 sqm terrace that is not visible from the street. This spoils you almost all day with lots of sun. The electric awning provides shade. In the adjacent storage room on the terrace you will find comfortable deck chairs, loungers and the associated cushions. Furthermore, all windows are equipped with external blinds. The owner of the apartment will contact you by phone or email in good time before your arrival to coordinate the exact time of your arrival for the personal welcome and key handover. You can quickly reach the fine sandy beach, which is guarded by the DLRG [German Lifeguard Association] in summer. On the promenade you will find ice cream parlors, restaurants and souvenir shops. Also within walking distance: supermarket, bakery, hairdresser and the bus stop, just leave the car. Beautiful paths along the sea lead to the neighboring towns of Rettin and Neustadt or explore the varied coastal strip to Travemünde by bike. You can also get to Lübeck quickly by car, visit the marzipan museum and the old town here.
