Guesthouse near Disney, Walmart w/ private parking

Our newly renovated guesthouse offers a private space w/ full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room & washer/dryer. It is ~6 miles from Disneyland's magic! Stroll to Walmart or to charge up at Electrify America nearby, indulge in shopping at South Coast Plaza or flexing your calves on a bike ride to the beach via Santa Ana River trail - a plethora of options at your disposal Traveling is fun and we hope to be one more reason why your trips is awesome. It'd be a delight if you choose us! The space As your hosts, our priorities are: cleanliness, convenience, and comfort. From the quality of drinking water (5-stage reverse osmosis) to the extra-wide doors (all of our doors are 36" vs normal 30"), from in-unit washer/dryer to full-size stove/oven, we continue to look for ways to make your stay a little better. We welcome feedbacks during or after your stay to improve further if you'd be willing to share them! Other info: Extra sleeping accommodation: Sofa in living room can be converted to a bed for two. Please ask for extra sheets if you are going to use it. We can also provide a twin size floor mattress and plush blankets for a restful night's sleep if needed. Realistically, this guesthouse can sleep two adults in queen bed, 2 adults or 3 young children in sofa bed (~< queen size), or 1 adult on the floor with a twin size floor mattress. Due to security and safety reasons, the nightly rate reflects the occupancy of 2 adults or a small family (2 adults and 2 children). Any extra guest would incur an additional $50/guest. The maximum allowance of guests is 4 adults or 2 adults with 3 children. Please reach out to us before booking if you are traveling with a different numbers of people than our limit but still in reason, we would be glad to accommodate you. Traveling with your little one? We can make a highchair, a pack 'n' play, or bathtub available upon request! We are a small family owner managing the property and doing the cleaning ourselves. Our daughter is EXTREMELY ALLERGY to pet/animal. For that reason, we apologize for not being able to host guests with pets or Emotional Support Animals, or Service Animals. We are NOT responsible for: - any injuries/ illnesses that occur while you are on the premises - loss/damages of your car or belongings - any items left behind after check-out Guest access Your private entrance is located on the right side of the house (from the street looking into) to ensure a seamless arrival and departure. While the backyard/front yard is typically off-limit, we're open to exceptions—just ask! When fruit trees are in season, we would be happy to share some of the harvests with you! We have oranges, cuties, guavas and hopefully some avocados in the near future! Other things to note There is one spot to park in the driveway reserved for you. While there are many spots on the street, please remember, street sweeping occurs on Fridays from 11am to 3pm—avoid street parking on Friday to avoid fines. We're committed to a smoke-free and drug-free environment. Please note, a $500 fine applies to each violation. Some noise bleed may occur because this guesthouse shares a wall with the main house. This is typically a non-issue. You can check our previous guests' reviews and see that they enjoyed how peaceful and quiet the house and the area are. All accommodations/amenities within this guesthouse space are for you to enjoy without need for sharing with anyone else. Your stay includes all the essentials and more: Kitchen: RO filtered water, cookware, utensils, dishes, toaster, and cleaning supplies. Bathroom: Towels, hand soap, and toiletries. Comfort: Vacuum, space heater, AC, and a fan. Entertainment: Smart TV (use your streaming accounts). We provide a starter set of supplies, though for longer stays, you might need to replenish.
