My wife and I lived in this home for 2 years and love every inch of it. We believe the highlight of it is the backyard. The house sits on top of a hill, so you can relax and watch the sunset from the back patio! Guest access Use the entire property. Please be respectful of the wonderful neighbors. If you bring your furry friend please make sure they are on a leash in the backyard. As a guest you will have access to the garage, home, and backyard. The shed and downstairs storage unit is off limits. Other things to note There are two security cameras. One on the front door and one in the backyard. They record both video and audio. We also use a noise level monitoring device to ensure the noise level does not disturb the neighbors. A pair of remote garage door openers will be available to use for your convenience. If you forget to return the opener(s) a fee of $50 will be charged per remote.
