The space The cabin has two bedroom with a pull out couch. Full bathroom with washer and dryer. One bedroom with a queen bed. The other bedroom is in the loft with a full size bed and a futon. The cabin sits on a dead end private road with very little traffic. There is 200 square feet of waterfront. The cabin is on the thoroughfare to Cross Lake. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire cabin and property. Other things to note The Adventure Awaits at the Rivers Bend is a non-smoking residence. Any violation of this rule will result in a $200 fine. WAIVER & RELEASE of LIABILITY: The owners urge all guests to use Adventure Awaits at the Rivers Bend features, facilities and its grounds in the safest manner. Use of all features, including but not limited to the use of stairs, grounds, and appliances are done at the guests sole risk. Guests understand that they are fully responsible for use of all features and owners shall not be liable to guest for any claims related to illnesses, demands, injuries, damages, or actions arising out of or in connection with the misuse of facilities, natural events/disasters or general accidents on facility grounds. Guests understand owners are not to be held responsible for damaged or lost personal property. Guest hereby holds owners harmless from any/all claims brought against them. Guest understands that by booking a reservation they are effectively agreeing to the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability.
