Guest access This is a private house and none of the spaces are shared. We are pleased to present the following facilities, which you will find on arrival: 🛏️ Bedrooms:  Bedroom 1 (ground floor): 1 double sized bed, smart TV, wardrobes, hairdryer, USB ports, portable fan, shower & sink. Bedroom 2 (ground floor): 1 King sized bed, smart TV, wardrobes, hairdryer, portable fan, USB ports. Bedrooms 3, 4, 5 & 6 (first floor accessible by stairs): Bedrooms 3, 4 & 6 have double sized beds, Bedroom 5 has a King size bed. All bedrooms have smart TVs, wardrobes, hairdryers, portable fan, & USB ports Bedrooms 7 & 8 (second floor accessible by stairs): Each bedroom has 1 double sized bed, smart TV, work desk with lamp, wardrobes, hairdryer, portable fan & USB ports. All bedding, linen and towels are provided free of charge.  🚿🚽🧻 Luxurious bathrooms on the ground floor & first floor, with large power showers, WC and an initial supply of toiletries.  🍽️🚰 A large, fully equipped kitchen with an island & bar stools, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, all crockery, cutlery, 1 x large fridge freezer & 1 x large fridge, kettle, toaster and many other facilities to provide you with a comfortable stay.  Also included for free use is a separate washing machine and tumble dryer and iron with ironing board. 🛋️ Open plan lounge & dining room with smart TV, leather sofas and dining table and chairs, patio doors with access to the patio and large garden and ofcourse free Wi-Fi. 🌳 The private, fenced garden is attractive, with outdoor furniture on the patio and plenty of space. 🚗 Electrically gated on-site parking for 2 cars. Free street level parking is widely available outside of the house. 😷 We adhere to social distancing measures and check-in is strictly self check-in. 🔑 24 hours prior to your arrival, we will send you your self check-in PIN & instructions via your booking platform which will allow you to access the keys to the house and the electric gates from the secure on-site lock box. Other things to note ➡️ Standard self check-in is from 4PM on the day of your arrival and we can usually offer some flexibility on this. You may drop your luggage from 12PM if needed if the house is still being cleaned following the departure of the previous guest. If the apartment hasn't been occupied the night before, then you may check in as soon as you arrive.
