Maison Magda Gîte Georgia

Located above the picturesque village of Ambierle, Maison Magda boasts panoramic views of the Roanne plain and the forests of the Monts de la Madeleine. ​Ideal for 2–3 people, the Georgia cottage is pleasant in any season. Inspired by the world of artist Georgia O'Keefe, its atmosphere is authentic, warm, soft and inspiring. A very comprehensive digital and interactive guide to the surroundings is available and can be downloaded a few days before your arrival. The space The Georgia gîte is laid out like a studio. You enter the living room which brings together the living room with the wood stove, the kitchen and the space for meals or work. The living room bench is a single bed for 1 person. Separated by a large arch and a sliding curtain, the bedroom consists of a queen size bed that can also be separated into twin beds on request and confirmation (paid option: €40 to be paid on site). It is also possible to add a baby cot in the bedroom upon request and confirmation (paid option: €30 to be paid on site). From the bedroom, you can access the separate toilet and the bathroom equipped with a waxed concrete shower and sink. The windows and doors overlooking the entrance courtyard with a view of the Roanne coast have shutters. The bedroom has a small window with blackout curtains. Guest access Enter through the porch to discover the heart of Maison Magda, the courtyard. This outdoor space is the preferred place for meetings. The courtyard connects the owners' house, the old stone building where the cottages are located, as well as outbuildings. A garden common to the cottages extends the courtyard space. Each house has its own entrance and terrace. Other outdoor areas are shared. You will also have access from May 1 to September 30 and from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. to the pool area, covered terrace, vegetable garden and orchard.
