High-speed Wi-Fi is available. ▶︎ Rooms & Bedding Bedroom 1: Two single beds + one semi-double sofa bed (set up only for groups of 5 or more) Bedroom 2: One double bed (sleeps 2) We provide linens, bath towels, and face towels for each guest. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests including children, but a maximum of 4 adults is allowed. If you're traveling with multiple small children, please note that the semi-double bed can be shared by two children. However, the space may feel tight, so please book with that in mind. ⚠️ Notes For groups of adults only, we recommend up to 4 adults. The apartment is near a main road. If you’re sensitive to noise, please consider this before booking. The balcony offers great sunlight and an open view, but a cemetery is visible. Other things to note 📝 Legal Requirements (per Tokyo Ota Ward regulations) In accordance with local Minpaku (private lodging) laws, all guests are required to: * Complete a guest registration form, and * Provide a copy of their passport (for non-Japanese nationals)
prior to check-in. 👥 Number of Guests * If more guests are found staying than originally booked, an additional fee of ¥10,000 per person per night will be charged. * For safety and security reasons, only registered guests are allowed inside the apartment, even during the day. * If you plan to host a non-guest (e.g. a friend) for a short visit, please contact us in advance. For stays longer than 30 minutes, they must be registered as guests. 🏠 House Rules * No smoking anywhere inside the apartment, including the balcony. This includes electronic cigarettes. * Hair dyeing is not permitted in the apartment or bathroom. If it's something you wouldn't do at home due to possible stains, please avoid doing it here as well. * Late check-out without prior approval will result in a penalty of ¥2,000 per 15 minutes, as it delays our cleaning staff. * Do not dispose of garbage outside the building. If the garbage bin is full, please contact us. * No parties or loud noise, especially at night, as families with small children live nearby. * Please take off your shoes at the entrance. No shoes inside. * Please do not rearrange large furniture, as this may cause damage. * We provide bath towels and face towels for each guest. For environmental reasons , we do not provide disposable toothbrushes. Please bring your own toothbrush. Most essentials can be purchased from the large drugstore on the ground floor. ⚠️ Damage & Cleaning Fees To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please note that: * Any damage or stains that cannot be restored to original condition, or * Any smoking inside the apartment or balcony
will result in a cleaning fee of ¥100,000.
The same applies to dyeing hair indoors. 🧹 Cleaning * No cleaning service is provided during your stay. * For long stays (over 10 days), we may offer mid-stay cleaning or garbage collection upon request. 🔐 Lost or Damaged Items * A lost key will incur a replacement fee of ¥20,000. * Damaged furniture, appliances, or amenities may be charged via Airbnb based on the extent of the damage.
