The house is located 500 meters from the beach in Barra do Sai - Itapoá. Very quiet neighborhood for you and your family, with easy access to markets and shops. WE ARE UNDERGOING RENOVATIONS TO BETTER RECEIVE YOU! The house will have 2 suites + 1 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, a large barbecue area that can now be closed off and connected to the living room and facing the pool! All with independent fans. I will soon bring an update of photos of it finished. Renovation expected to be completed by 11/20. Other things to note We do not provide beach chairs. Bring bedding, including pillows, and bath towels! All outlets are 220W.
