Unregistered visitors may be declined entry to the unit. - Pools are closed on Mondays. - Strictly no cooking of smelly food such as dried fish/seafood, fermented seafood, etc. Booking Requirements: - All guests will be required to provide their full name and a valid government ID as part of the building management policy. - Guest under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by a legal guardian/relative. Guest access Guest can access the following property amenities: Pool: There are two pool area - Garden Pool beside the Pavilion and Lap Pool (closed for maintenance) in front of the Clubhouse. Operating Hours - The swimming pools are open from Tuesday to Sunday and closed on Mondays for maintenance. The pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Sky Deck: The facility is located at the roofdeck of the building. Access to the 15th floor is given by the ground floor lobby guard. From the 15th floor, use the fire exit to access the stairs tot he sky deck. Best time to visit is early morning and late afternoon to evening. Play Area: The children's play area is located beside the Club house.
