Nice and comfortable townhouse, completely renovated in 2020. The space In a quiet area, you will have a parking lot and a small garden. On the ground floor: equipped kitchen area (fridge, microwave, oven, glass-ceramic hobs, toaster, 2 coffee makers, kettle, dishwasher...), living room, dining room + toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 140 x 190 cm bed, 1 bedroom with sofa bed + bathroom with toilet. Linens provided. Beds will be prepared upon arrival. Wi-Fi access. Close to shops and train station (15 min walk). By car, you will be 20 minutes from the first beaches or Morlaix; and 30 minutes from Brest and its airport. Other things to note Kitchen equipment details: Filter coffee maker + Dolce Gusto coffee maker. Towels not provided, optional addition possible: €5 per person (one bath sheet and one small towel). Umbrella bed available upon request in advance. The property must be returned in a condition of cleanliness and tidiness equivalent to that found when you arrived.
